Dr. Reena J Kavilaveettil, MD

My dad was in Florida Hospital Tampa Dr Reena was the neurologist that was assigned to him, she saw him ion Friday, I wa...s there on Sunday and her cover DR came in the room and stated that she was covering for dr Reena, she did a quick exam of my father and asked how long have you had parkinsons disease, dad say I did not know I had it, she does further testing and says well you have all of the symptoms, I follow her into the hall and she says she needs to go look at the charts, really, she came to the room before looking at the charts, I ask her to come back and let me know what she thinks, she says she has other patients and does not have time, I go back to the hospital Monday and they are discharging my dad, I go to the nurse and ask if the neurologist signed the release papers and she says the last neurologist that seen him was dr reena on Friday, the cover dr did not chart her visit or diagnoses, I asked for the cover dr name and the nurse could not find it, I asked for dr Reena to call me and was told she would not call me, I will make one more attempt to contact her and then it will be letters from my attorney. more details
