Not only is Dr. Paolini a great physician and Otolaryngologist who truly has an amazing knowledge base of his speciality... with years of successful experience to back it up but he is also a physician who truly cares about the well-being of his patients! He is warm, kind, and takes the time to sit with his patient's and their families to truly listen and answer any questions they might have. He gives very through evaluations and is an amazing diagnostician. Also, as a boss, he treats his staff very well, willing to go the extra mile for them in any way they need, teach them more about the field daily, help them in pursuit of their careers, and takes care of them and their families. There is no better ENT you could choose!!! That is a guarantee.more details
