This provider and his front office staff was very rude when I decided I did not want to buy my contact lenses through hi...s office. his markup on my contacts is 90 to 100 percent. You can get them online and even through other providers for 55 to $70 and he charges $120 per box. I paid for my exam and my contact lens fitting but was bullied when I decided I did not want to purchase my contacts through him at that price. He refused to give me my contact lens prescription, gave me my money back on my contact lens exam and kicked me out of his office. My insurance company has backed me 100 percent. I am allowed to fill my prescription anywhere I damn well please, and should not be forced to pay a fortune for something I can get elsewhere for much less. more details
