I went to the Prompt Care because my doctor was booked and I was in pain. No one told me I wasn't going to see a real d...octor and I got Randall Wilcoxen, PAC. It so happens that PAC stands for Physician Assistant Certified. No one tells you and he does not identify himself. He thought he knew so much that he didn't need to ask questions or listen to what I had to say. Just gave advice that was contrary to that of my immunologist and diagnosed me with allergies! News flash - allergies don't cause jaw pain. He refused pain meds - they are only for surgical. So today I saw my real doctor. Google Trigeminal Neuralgia and go educate yourself Mr. Wilcoxen. more details
