I needed a c-section for the birth of my first child. Dr. Rao was very rude to me, saying that I only "wanted" the c-se...ction because I was tired, not because it was necessary. It was evident that she had not read my file. I overheard her saying rude things about me to other staff members. Before, during and after the c-section, Dr. Rao did not speak to or look at me. more details
