Dr Bansal is by far the worst doctor I've ever gone to by far. She's so mean, rude and condescending. She talks to her p...atients like they're stupid. She lies. She won't take 1 minute of her time to answer questions or explain your diagnosis and treatment options. Her procedures were more painful than any other doctors I've gone to. She obviously and intentionally does things that cause your pain to be much worse. On top of that if you tell her your pain isn't getting any better she'll punish you by decreasing your pain medications or just drop you as a patient because she cares more about her success ratings than her patients. The waiting time to see her can be as long as 5 hours. During them 5 hours it's very rare for her patients to talk about anything, but how terrible she is to people. She rushes through procedures instead of taking her time and doing it right. She forgot to use a local anesthetic when she did a radio frequency sympothectomy on my back (when they use microwaves to burn and sever a nerve). Since the nerve keeps receparating on it's own and it's extremely painful. It does that every couple months and it's every bit as painful as the first time. When she did it the first time my back arched so much my head was near my crotch and I let out an uncontrollable scream/moan while I had about 4 or 5 GIANT needles sticking 6 or more inches out of my back. It was hell going to her. Apparently it wasn't much different for all her other patients. I can't remember going there once and there not being atleast a few patients storming out the door because she did something horrible to them. Things were so bad I used to have panic attacks everytime I had an appointment with her. I was in some of the worst pain of my life and all she seemed to do was make it worse. I've talked to dozens of her other patients and from what they've told me it wasn't very good for them either. On top of all that and more she kicks her patients while they're down by dropping them as patients for no reason at all and cuts off their pain medication without any regard to how much pain they're going to be in or if they're going to have withdrawals. I think that might actually be illegal. I could type for hours and hours, but I could never truely explain how bad it was going to her. My life and my pain in general have been so much better since I finally found a new pain management doctor. I would've done everything in my power to get her to lose her medical license if she didn't have so many patients that relied on her for their pain medications. If I knew I'd still be suffering (physically and mentally) from my experiences with her I might have saved many people from her by fighting to get her license revoked.more details
