Dr. Philip A Mongelluzzo, MD

I have been going to this practice for about 10 years. Upon my first visit, I liked Dr. Mongelluzzo and felt comfortabl...e. However, over the past few years the service of the office has deteriorated considerably. First and foremost, I haven’t been able to get an appointment with Dr. Mongelluzzo for over 4 years. I am always referred and seen by his PA’s. Though I like the PA’s I have seen, I feel my doctor should see me when I have issues that the PA can’t resolve. Over the past few year, when I have been ill and needed to be seen, there is never an appointment available and had to wait for days before I can get into the office. I have also had several occasion when I couldn’t get through to the office for hours by phone. And then when I get through, the staff is very rude and disrespectful!!! Whether I am calling for test results, appointments or information, they make you feel as if they would rather be doing something else and not be bothered, and if you point out any concerns, dissatisfactions or complaints they a quick to blame everyone else, including the patient. There is only one staff member in this office (Regina) that has compassion and a professional attitude and she deserves to be mention. Unfortunately, she can’t carry the office.
