Are you the same Philip M Bayliss that worked at WBAMC in EL Paso in 1984? If so, my quadreplegic 28 yr son is the resu...lt of you inducing labor when I far enough along to deliver. Daily your name is burned into my brain as I turn my son to change his diaper, suction him so he can breathe.. do you remember him? I hope you aren't the same Philip M Bayliss that did this... because it means you're still practicing medicine. more details
