Consistently treated me in a condescending, insulting way. Failed to respond to emails and calls for rescheduling appoin...tments. Failed to fill out forms. Failed to respond to a crisis call. When I discussed this with her, she insulted me further and blamed me wrongly. Definitely needs her license revoked. more details
