Dr. Svitra has provided years of excellent care, managing my diabetic retinopathy. His experience and level of expertise... is superb, and he is a caring, thorough, and attentive physician, always taking the time to address my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him for anyone with a serious retinal condition. more details
