We, the psychiatric examiners of Commonwealth of MA, Amy Hamali, Judith Haran, Azz Shahverdyan, Mkhitar Tsovik, Zlatka R...ussinova, E Sally Rogers, Maria Restrepo Cuomo, and the Turkish government, declare Paul Noroian out of reason and an active danger to regular community. No abuse is hurled but his confinement is scheduled. Paul Noroian will cease his practice until he is restored to reason.more details
