Mrs. DeWoskin appeared to really want to help in our family's very complex case. However, she appeared to bite off more ...than she could chew in opting to contain therapy to her office for a year rather than recommending outside service providers as things rapidly declined after a court order restored the other parent's rights. This resulted in a complete psychological collapse of three of our children. One of which was placed in residential treatment for 17 months. Two are still in intensive treatment with Psychologists. The oldest struggles with substance abuse and vowed to never trust again. The road to hell is paved with good intentions. Years later, with a lot of patience and support, two of our sons are recovered from the therapy trauma inflicted upon them by this LCSW. It is our family's hope that Mrs. DeWoskin has learned her own limits and uses better judgement in relation to those boundaries. I personally hope that Mrs. DeWoskin has learned to decide much more quickly when it is appropriate to refer clients to other resources rather than shoulder a burden that clearly was too much for her to bear. more details
