Dr. Ticman is by far the worst doctor in Las Vegas. He is my daughter's primary through her insurance of Senior Deminsi...ons. He has a complete knowledge of her medical history. She has lupus and 4 or 5 other auto immune diseases. Dr. Ticman says if she would lose weight she would be able to get rid of the lupus and other diseases. My daughter is overweight however, I do not believe her excess weight has anything to do with her lupus. She went in to see Dr. Ticman today after a day yesterday of excruciating pain. She has a rash which he contributes to bed bugs. She has no bed bugs. She has pain in areas of her body that he contributes to her excess weight, not the lupus or any of her other issues. He attributes everything to her being overweight and he continually calls her fat. She knows she has a weight problem. She lost 5 pounds this week and instead of praising her for her efforts, he said "only water weight, you are just fat." He is not helpful in assisting her to find out what is causing all of the pain she has not only from the lupus but from other issues as well. She has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, severe panic and anxiety and several other diseases which he completely ignores. All he does is call her fat and make her cry. By the way, she is 52 years old. He does absolutely nothing to help her. He should not be allowed to treat anyone. He told her the diet she should be on is no fruit, no vegetables, only protein and fats. That sounds heart healthy right!!. I think Dr. Ticman should be fired from his job and not allowed to treat anyone. more details
