I'm not sure if it's the medical center or if it's the doctor but I had nothing but issues with this office. They includ...ed charging copays for preventive services, not calling to tell me that they didn't take enough blood to complete the requested tests, and not allowing patients to speak with the doctor on the phone. There is also apparently no office manager so when you have issues there is no one to discuss it with. I DO NOT recommend this office or this doctor. She didn't even bring my chart into the exam room for appointments. more details
