The doctor did not have my medical records, did not know concussion protocol, mixed up medical records, and lied when as...ked why he dud not check for cognitive skills, claims confusion and memory loss are due to paranoia and schizophrenia instead of post concussive syndrome ans isdued a diagnosis fir which he was nor qualified, even though my copy ssid his opinion was limited to a neurological perspective, kept me from treatment. I paid for an independent examination by a concussion specialist and was finally given treatment. Did not review my list of symptoms or even try to get copies of my visits to urgent care, which referred me back to him , more details
