If I could give zero stars or negative stars on the reviews above, I would have. I am writing this review because I rec...eived very poor medical care from Ms. Scheidt and I wish I had been warned before I went to my appointment.
I had to see Ms. Scheidt because the provider I usually see was out of the office. Ms. Scheidt misdiagnosed my pneumonia -- she said it was probably an upper respiratory infection that was "going around". At the same appointment, she misdiagnosed a skin condition -- she thought it was something caused by heat and sweating -- but it turned out to be something much more serious.
I got the impression that Ms. Scheidt wasn't interested in what I thought might be going on with my body and my health and was more interested in being an "expert." I hope as she gains more and much-needed experience that she learns to listen to her patients. She really needs to try harder to listen more and talk less. more details
