Saw this practitioner for extensive eval appt in 2005. She ordered $1000+ worth of tests. Before my 2nd appt her staff ...told me she had gone to help Katrina victims and gave me the number of another practice I might try. Didn't recall this woman's name and scheduled w/her again in 2012 due to a recommendation. Upon explaining in 2012 what had happened in 2005, she blamed the former office personnel. Unbelievable! more details
