We initially saw Dr. Frangos when my daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 5. Unfortunately, from the start..., we didn’t feel comforted or confident in the process. We switched to Children’s Hospital downtown, but the longer drive and unfriendly receptionists made it challenging. Eventually, we returned to Dr. Frangos. Although we managed our daughter’s condition well, Dr. Frangos insisted on unnecessary visits, claiming it was an insurance requirement. When I questioned this, she dropped my daughter as a patient, leaving us without life-saving supplies over the holidays. After nearly 5 years, this treatment is appalling. more details
