I Do Not Recommend Dr. Michelle Zetoony, D.O. -

I saw Dr. Michelle Zetoony, Clearwater, Florida, in 2012 to ren...ew sleep medication because my prescribing doctor died. She asked, reasonably enough, if I had any anxiety. I told her that, since 2008, I have been extensively harassment by members of local law enforcement and by community members on their behalf (see ** below).

Dr. Zetoony - a sleep disorder physician (who I saw only three times for a total of about an hour and a half) - insisted on telling me that my harassment was probably due to a:

"secret underground...club"
involving police and "happening in
multiple kinds of ways ... that you're
not even appreciating... or are
aware of because it's happening on
another level" and "outside of your
realm."

I asked her to "speak in real terms" and said "I don't understand" (although I did because I've lived through it), but Dr. Zetoony persisted saying "Listen, listen" and continued. No sleep disorder doctor would speak of a secret underground club to a patient, unless she were involved or knowledgeable of it. My harassment has, in fact, occurred just as Dr. Zetoony said. It has been novel-like, some incidents so bizarre that discussing them "raises eyebrows" (no doubt, intended).

When I first arrived at Dr. Zetoony's office, she was talking with a disabled patient on his way out about a machine she prescribed to him to assist with sleeping. Just after he left and I went up to the receptionist, she asked me a strange question - "And you don't need the machine to sleep, right?" I replied "I don't know what you're talking about." And she said "Then you don't." As stated below (**), my psychological harassment has included subtle threats of disability.

I requested and received a copy of Dr. Zetoony's office notes. Her office note that I have "mood and concentration issues" was based, of course, upon my talking about my harassment because it was essentially the only matter I discussed. I previously told Dr. Zetoony that I often emotionally ramble when talking about it (like some of my divorce clients did about their experiences), but that my demeanor as an attorney is different. But more surprising was her office note that I have a "memory issue." My memory is excellent in recalling events that I want or need to remember (e.g., the harassment). I reminded Dr. Zetoony that I had recounted the details of many harassing incidents to her. Lastly, I wrote that my so-called "memory issue" could be used by law enforcement to impugn me in the future.

For those who believe that law enforcement officers would not engage in psychological harassment, google Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Donna Watts. Just because she arrested an off duty cop in 2011 (since fired) for speeding over 120 mph in traffiic - Strange looking vehicles and police vehicles drove thru her cul-de-sac; numerous threats and crank calls were made to her unlisted phones; human feces was smeared on a FHP cruiser; law enforcement vehicles followed her while on duty and off duty; her supervisor believed it would not be safe for her to return to road patrol; etc. Her lawsuit alleges a conspiracy under Title 42 U.S.C. 1985. (Those who settled pre-suit were not named as defendants).

** Since 2008, I have been targeted by and through local law enforcement, particularly the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. Why? I dated the wife of the fourth highest PCSO member while I was her divorce attorney in 2003 (and until 2011). I didn't show or discuss pornography with my Little Brother, of course. Because the ex-husband "stirred the porn pot" as revenge and false assumptions were made, I have been subtly smeared as a child molester and a potential one, although police deny even harassing me. Typical of a smear, I can't even confront my "accusers" to disprove it. Three years ago, I asked the PCSO sex offender unit to test and assess me at my expense, but was declined. The criminals are those harassing me. I was harassed in 2003 for a month and starting in 2008 almost daily for two years by law enforcement vehicles (e.g., PCSO cruisers). It has become more subtle by people I can't know if they're in law enforcement (as in my youtube "Police harassment and community mobbing..." username RichardGrie) and by people I know aren't (as in my youtube "Police harassment and a harassing call..."). I have been subtly (and not so subtly) threatened with disability and with selective enforcement of law. I had to recently close my law office due to the hacking of my internet access, email, and iphone, many calls from phony clients, etc. My home of over 20 years is now in foreclosure. I filed a color of law complaint and addendum with the FBI and Justice Department.
