Dr. Michael Sisbarro office advised he could help when given the problem over the phone. However, after he had his money... for the visit and wasted everyones time he said he could not help. When he was confronted with why his office did not advise he could not help in the first place and why is he charging for a service he did not provide he became very emotional and upset. Yelling at us over the phone and threatening us. We would never recommend or see him again. Never have we seen a doctor operate this way. more details
