Yes, I would recommend this provider. Convenience? Office is easily found. Never receive a timely response to questio...ns and concerns. I have to wait or I have to ask him. Appointments are easy. No, staff did not keep things moving during my visit. Had to wait. Provider takes his time with me. Knowledge and Skill? Yes received a thorough evaluation. Always given lifestyle changes. Shared Decision Making? Yes, but sometimes it's hard to communicate with him. He doesn't always want to listen to what I have to say. We usually do come to an agreement. Outcomes? It's always a good and thorough visit. It would be ideal if he would follow up better with his patients. I do not like speaking to others in the office when they do not know me. They don't know my past or present history. They are not educated to be a part of this higher end physician's office. The office needs top notch staff who are well educated. College degrees, not certificates of completion in a training program. Would recommend the provider. more details
Yes, would recommend. Convenience, office is fairly close, easy to find. Responses are slow or no response to question...s. With the new MDVIP practice, the doctors are suppose to have more free time to be able to respond. Appointments are easy to make. Keep things moving? Not really, seems I have to wait longer now, this past year. Actually, the past several years. The answer would be no. Shared decision making and communication. We do talk. He will explain things, but doesn't always understand the patients questions. Spends plenty of time with me. Tries to be open-minded, but doesn't personally help getting the alternative ways. Seems to pass off his job to the assistants and they do not know anything. Yes, outcomes, 95% of the time, met my expectations. more details
In regards to the questions above, I would recommend this doctor to others in the community. Appointments are easily ma...de. Doctor's knowledge and skills are above others. We communicate to each other. It's a two way conversation. Outcomes are good. Never really worried in the care of this doctor. His new office is beautiful. Doesn't seem like a doctor's office. Old office felt like a doctor's office. The change to MDVIP was a very good change for the doctors as well as their patients. It's nice to see a welcoming face when you enter the office. The receptionist has never been anything else but friendly to us. Does her best to get us in when needed. Works well with schedules. Original assistant that was brought from the old office over to the new. Okay, but isn't always friendly with patients. She doesn't seem to care as she use to care for the patients. She does what she wants to. She doesn't listen or understand with what the doctor asks of her or what patients ask of her. But -- he doesn't seem to see what patients see. The other doctor's assistant is loud. I can't comment on her skills, as I don't deal with her. The new assistant is not someone they need. The office ran smoother without her. She acts as if she knows it all and she doesn't. She isn't nice, keeps patients waiting, not a worker, but a slacker. Isn't clean - seems and looks trashy. Unfortunately, the doctor's and other staff members don't seem to see that. However, patients sees how she is or isn't. Patients see more than the doctor's realize. They need to open their eyes and watch and listen. Overall, a fantastic doctor who is liked by his peers and the community. A family man, compassionate man, dedicated and devoted man. more details
The doctor is soft spoken, warm, caring, a good listener, explains situations well, and available when needed. Seems to... pesonally take care of situations. Usually, no problems in making an appointment. Even last minute appts - he will make sure a patient is seen and will devote the time to that patient too. Office is beautiful. Perfect colors, doesn't seem like a typical doctor's office. Quiet atmosphere, although assistants are loud in the back. Can hear every conversation. Can also hear conversations in the rooms. Walls are thin. Music is a good variety, good reading material. Office assistants, not all that great. Would like to see them in the same uniform and clean uniforms. They don't seem to care for the patients only for their cell phones and the computer. Very lazy, they don't seem to want to work. They need to realize there are so many people who are looking for jobs that would be happy to work. We've notice new people all the time. Seems to be an abundance of turnaround. Attitudes need to change. The moral of the office as upbeat as it was in Dec 2009. Doesn't look well with the patients. Needs to keep the practice small as when it started. It was a friendlier atmosphere at that time. Overall, the doctor is excellent with the his care to patients. Would highly recommend him. more details
Excellent care from the Doctor. Unfortunately, staff is very rude to the patients.
