Dr. McIntosh has had action against his license to practice medicine in OH, WV, NC, and VA. It is verified in "consent o...rders" and medical board actions that he is an opiate ADDICT. He has had over 1.25 million dollars in MALPRACTICE claims against him since 2005. The last MALPRACTICE claim was paid on March 28, 2013 for $750,000.00.
