This doctor was arrogant and condescending. His ego gets in the way of an accurate diagnosis of the patient. He drags ...his feet on procedures based on the your insurance. He also has little concern for the pain factor of the patient he is seeing, or what the parents are experiencing. The majority of the time he sent residents and couldn’t be bothered to see the child. In the end he tried putting the surgery off for weeks and weeks. Finally we took the baby to another hospital that is the best in the US, and they agreed that the surgery needed to be completed immediately. They scheduled the surgery the following week and resolved the issue. The disciple in the white coat syndrome is alive and well in this doctors head. He is more concern with his title than the patients he serves. Do yourself a favor for the safety of your child and go somewhere else. If you live in Massachusetts go to Boston where you will actually get the care your child needs, and when they need it.more details
