I was lied to on my itial phone call to the office, and only went to this dr because they were running a 2 for 1 special... on the weight loss program. Little did I know, they neglected to tell me that was only for one single appointment, so when I went to check out on my second appt, the price jumped and I questioned it only to be told that "I was NOT lied to on the phone" so I must be lying to them in the office at that point. I tried to call Dr. Brady to speak with him, only to never hear back. I called back a week later to be told "he didn't feel the need to talk to call me back." As I was told, it was a 'he said, she said' thing and apparently he doesn't care about losing a patient enough to call me back or come to the phone for 5 minutes. I paid everything I owed them, including $55 for a B12 shot and a 5 min "consultation" that was sorry at best. more details
