Nancy Melisa Chelf Sirbu stalked me, attacked me, ranted discrimination and racism about people of color all being crimi...nals when we had no such records, she yelled that she recorded students while at college, and she demanded to never work with people of color forever while at work, terrorizing us daily. more details
