I got an appointment as a new patient, then I had to cancel it. When I called for changing my appointment time, the staf...fs told me as a new patient who wants to reschedule an appointment, you do not have any other chance to see a doctor and we just cancel your appointment and won't reschedule your appointment. Isn't ridiculousness? more details
