The dr was amazing, The staff in the front WERE AWFUL, AWFUL!!! i can't stress this enough they were the RUDEST and unpr...ofessional receptionist i have ever met.. something has to be done about them they need FIRED more details

Dr Szada was never available to me or my daughter to get an appointment. Her very rude staff would tell me to go to the ...ER if I would need care instead of seeing me or my child. After months of attempting to work with her I got fed up and reported her to my insurance. While waiting to see another Dr. I had to go back to her office and she told me I was not being truthful to the insurance and why would I do such a thing to her. She was very rude as well and sent me away with a prescription I needed and a script for a medicine that recently gave me a bad reaction. That info should have been in her records and she still gave me the medication knowing that I reacted to it. Horrible and I wouldn't recommend her to my worse enemy or even take an animal to her. Stay away from this Doctor! more details
