Today my wife and I went into to Dr. Marshall Stauber to see him about her condition because last night she went to the ...ER because her neck and head was hurting so bad she couldnt even lie down.Mr. Stauber told us to come into his office and she started tell him that things still have not gotten better since he did that procedure on her back in June 2011. He then told her to just shut her mouth and listen. Dr. Stauber stated there is nothing more he could do for her, he doesnt have any answers for her and there is one other procedure he could do but he was not going to do it because he didnt think it would help. He never asked her opinion or tried to refer her to another doctor. He just kept saying there is nothing he could do and he had no other answers for her.she even told him one doctor said it could be neurological and he said it very well could be but he doesnt have any answers for her. He could have tried referring her to a neuro- surgeon or asked if she wanted to try the other procedure but he did neither. He said she will just be stuck with this pain for the rest of her life. My wife and I couldnt believe the things the doctor was saying and the way he was acting.To me he speaks a lot and appears to listen less, and he was less empathetic to her issues. He is also an arrogant and self-centered liar and I believe he dont have his patients best interest at heart. He also appears to have a big echo so he dont like it if someone tells him he has done something wrong or that the work he has done didnt help, he really gets defensive. And I think he needs to work on his professionalism. Also his office workers are liars. Don' trust this Doctor or any of the people that work in his office. You will be Sorry!!!
