This Dr is no longer practicing medicine from what I've been told at beavercreek family physicans. I was prescribed oxyc...ontin 80mg 2x daily and then oxycontin 60mg 2x daily for 12years and I decided not to go back to pain management nor a Dr that would give pain medicine, he even stated I'd be prescibed pain medicine for a long time, so I'm not sure what or how I was obtaining it if there wasn't a correct diagnosis (however I surley wouldn't think a Dr would give those type of narocitiocs for years without listing chronic pain) Ivw been tryin for several years going through different rehabilitation and medicine to help with my opiate addiction, now since medical marijuana is legalized for chronic pain, the records he wrote doesn't state chronic pain. Just different office visits so hopefully the next medical release will help me to obtain medical marijuana to help with my back pain/ neck pain and nerve pain.more details
