Should have walked out before it was too late and wasted nearly 2 hours sitting alone in his cold exam room. No one cam...e in to check on me or even offer me a glass of water. Gennaro spent less than 10 min with me. Cut off my questions, failed to listen to complaints, was downright mean and uncaring, crass and cold, and totally unsympathetic to my lingering extreme pain and very visual vascular problem. No bedside manner at all. Just plain mean! Total waste of time. I should have walked out. That's what he did to me -walked out mid question without offering any treatment or referral. Refused to even acknowledge that I have been suffering for a very long time and there was a very clear problem at hand. He did not have the experience to treat what he called a "simple, non-issue" that's destroying my quality of life. Such an utter disappointment. more details
