Do not use Dr. Mark Berman for plastic surgery. He is not a plastic surgeon - he is an otolaryngologist or an ENT doctor.... ABMS is the only board that recognizes medical specialties such as plastic surgery. There is no such thing as cosmetic surgery. The American Board of Cosmetic Surgery is a made-up board and the president of it is an oral surgeon. Dr. Berman is an otolaryngologist, or an Ear, Nose & Throat doctor. He has not been trained in plastic surgery. His fat grafting is a joke. I had it done by him and I got NO RESULTS. He will say that the fat grafting needs repeat doses. Don't throw good money after bad. The fat grafting is an unstable remedy. He also did a neck lift on me and it's been criticized by 3 plastic surgeons because he did not tighten the platysmal bands - they stick out. more details
