not responsive, over my concerns. does not respond to refill requests in a professional manner. when mail order faxed th...em needing more information, I was told they are not going to refax with more information, its 2 weeks later and still no response to the mail order refill I desperately need. now I have to bring over to the Dr. office a new request for this same meds, do to a lack of not responding in a timely manner which greatly puts my health at risk. I will not recommend this practice to anyone more details
