Whilst recently admitted to UPMC-McKeesport for 8 days, Doctor Potts visited with me as a PCP, as my regular doctor was ...swamped in his office. I am glad that I had the chance to meet Dr. Potts, who was thoroughly able to discuss my condition, my options for treatment, and instill a Patient/Doctor comfort & trusting zone. One of the few doctors that I have met lately that has both professional excellent bedside manners and protocol.
