Ludwig Kragler is a predator. He repeatedly touched beneath my underwear and also made sexual comments to me during trea...tments. Two other women I know and one of their friends also stopped seeing him, because he made them feel violated too.
He also committed insurance fraud by submitting multiple claims to my insurance for dates when I didn’t have appointments, and he overcharged me by hundreds of dollars.
I reported him to the Maryland Department of Acupuncture.
I encourage anyone who’s seeking healing to look elsewhere. He’s truly a wolf in sheep’s clothing. more details
