Her staff is rude and unprofessional. I was verbally abused by her Receptionist in front of my Son who is a Special Edu...cation student. He was extremely upset. Dr. Rivera walked in during this event and witnessed this receptionist screaming at me. I told Dr. Rivera that this woman was unprofessional and verbally abusive and Dr. Rivera had the nerve to tell me I was wrong. Do not take your children to her please. There are plenty of other Pediatric Cardiologists who will welcome you with a friendly environment. Im in the process of searching now! more details
