I contacted this doctor several times via phone and email in hopes of scheduling an appointment. The first time was dur...ing my 2nd ivf and also after it failed. It was extremely difficult for me to even make the phone call, but I did. I have finally given up trying to schedule an appointment. Due to Rouff's site I felt that she would have been extremely helpful (hence trying several times to schedule), but I have since lost that feeling and felt insulted by the fact that she couldn't contact me and added more frustration to an already difficult and horrible situation. more details
