Poor Customer Service Skills. I will find another doctor. After reviewing Dr. Lisa Helmick credential and photo; I thoug...ht she looks friendly;she looks like she care about people; and so I called.
But after speaking with Chris the Receptionist I will go somewhere else. When I called to make an appointment Chris the receptionist automatically assumed I was a routine patient. When she couldn't find me in the system, she then asked if I was a new patient. And then she asked my insurance was medicaid. She then asked for my SS# and when I refused to give that information over the phone; she told me should couldn't make my appointment without that information.
A better response Chris is we will need that information when you come into the office.
I feel Chris presentation and attitude represents the entire staff. I want my daughter to feel cared for and not another $$$. Thank you. more details
