Dr. Pitts contacted me to set up an appointment that I had requested through my insurance company. She asked if I prefer...red Frisco or McKinney, and when I told her Frisco she told me she didn't have anything available. Why even ask if that's the case? And for how long did she not have anything available? So when I told her McKinney was okay, she asked where I resided. I told her NW Plano, near Frisco and The Colony. She said, "Oh, well, you need to see someone closer." I told her I didn't mind driving to McKinney, and said she didn't mind treating me but that I needed to contact my insurance company again to get another referral. Highly unprofessional, in my opinion, and her tone was very rude. I just want someone to see me and try to help. Her practically refusing to see me and her attitude had me near tears.
