After 3 months and fighting with the incompetent Grace Family Health aka Lily Phillips, MD and her coconspirators, Hemet... Community Medical Group and Health Net of California, Inc., to deny my referral to see my neurologist, (whom they approved three years ago and who I have going to for the past three year) the Medicare doctor who reviewed my petition to see my neurologist found that I had a history of memory and word finding problems with prior negative work-up for etiology. A follow up visit with neurologist is reasonable and appropriate to re-assess cognition and to clarify the diagnosis, as well as to assist in management of pharmacotherapy.
In other words, Grace Family Health aka Lily Phillips, MD and her coconspirators, Hemet Community Medical Group and Health Net of California, Inc. were in the wrong when they were trying to BLACKMAIL me and FORCE me to get an MRI Brain Stem Scan, before I could see my neurologist. more details
