I had a telemedicine visit the other day with L. Lum NP. She listened to my symptoms and shared her opinion. She even co...ntacted a specialist to review my case and called me back the same day. Even though we had not had any in person contact, she took the time to look at my file and went over my medications. She was entirely professional despite my challenges during the interview.
