I requested a support animal reasonable accomodation letter from Dr. Johnson and she refused. I was told that it was no...t the policy of their clinic to provide these letters. I was surprised because every other doctor I've requested this from has always provided it. I also requested the letter from my mental health provider at the clinic, Lauren Katherine Merrell. She also refused to provide it for the same reason. I was not referred to anyone who would provide the letter. Where am I supposed to get the letter I need, if they won't provide it? more details
