Lan T Vu, NP

I generally think nurse practitioners and physician assistants do a better job with a thorough history, physical exam, a...nd patient education than MDs, but I was very disappointed in the care I receive from Lan. She couldn't tell me anything about why I was having symptoms, side effects of a procedure, when to follow up, what future symptoms would warrant additional appointments, etc. She didn't ask if I had any questions when the exam was over, in fact she didn't really talk to me at all. Just "it looks on to me. You can get dressed and go outside when you're ready." The only thing outside was the check out desk...
I loved the first NP I saw at this office, so I was very disappointed by the lack of quality care I received during this visit. I would not recommend her and will avoid making any future appointments with her. more details
