I was sent to this provider for Mohs surgery. It was the worst experience ever. She took one huge chunk out of my face a...nd called it clear. I DID NOT want this treatment to begin with. I have a nervous condition and this doctor had so little regard for my feelings about MY BODY and didn't listen to a word I said. My incision needed repair and I was left on my own to find a doctor to repair it. Haven't quit crying since I left townley's office. I was never given my treatment options or asked how I felt about someone cutting halfway up my forhead.
I don't feel like she did a good job for me at all. more details
