Very rude and unprofessional! Kept talking over me even when I was trying to answer her questions. She kept insisting th...at my reports and images all showed nothing and acted like I was making all of it up. I asked her what images she was looking at and from when and where. She refused to answer me three separate times all the while treating me like a lier and not letting me speak. I finally got agitated enough to yell over her yelling over me and insisted on knowing what images she was looking at and she said they were from 2018 and my issues never started until 2019 so that might explain why the images didn't show anything. I tried to explain there were new scans about a month ago but she didn't want to hear it. I also told her there was an ultrasound done a week ago and the secretary made sure it was sent over. I'm still not sure if she found those images of not but either way the appointment ended and she set me up for other tests and injections. I asked why she was trying to give me injections when my urologist just did that and she acted surprised that I had a urologist and he referred me there. She stood behind her decision that I am fine and the reports never existed. 2nd time to this office with 2 separate "professionals" both telling nothing at all. Good luck more details
