Biggest mistake! Bad diagnoses. lost appointments, 2 hour waits. Too many docs in Jax to take a chance with this woman.... Some day she will be on the news being arrested. more details

My first visit to Fountain Family Medicine was very disappointing. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my 4:40 appointment wit...h my paper work completed including my insurance card and ID. The office reception was luke warm at best, she collected my paperwork and my copay, I was told to be seated. At 5:00 I was called from the waiting room, I was weighed, led into the exam room, vitals taken and asked a few questions about my information sheet. There was not any greeting, introduction and I finally asked the the lady what her name was. I waited until 5:35 and left the exam room. Requested a refund and was told I should expect to wait an hour for my first appointment. I will be seeking another primary care doctor.
