To whom it may concern be warned if you have ever been reffered to this man as part of a custody evaluation he will sell... you out to the highest bidder. The man is unethical, and based on his past he shouldn't be counseling ANYBODY when it comes to marriage and family counseling.

He is LUCIFER and his cold blue eyes have a red flame burning in them towards women. His own mother must have abused him because he's the biggest misogynist a good mother will ever come across. His reports are eugenics based and he is a racist! How do I know this man is unethical? While a professor at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, Nevada where he still teaches, He came across a young woman (at the time) by the name of Debra Mack. For those of you who might be familiar with this last name while Debra was a student she had an affair with her psychology professor who just happens to be Dr. Kevin J. Dugan. Debra was married to DARREN MACK at the time with two kids. Dr. Dugan wreaked havoc on their family to the point where Darren Mack filed for a divorce after Debra decided to take her two kids & move in with Dirty Dugan. But the story my friends gets worse as time goes by. You see, Darren later remarried to a beautiful young woman by the name of Charla Mack, whom Darren later murdered in cold blood. But this anger and frustration that drove Darren to kill his wife stemmed form the first marriage, and the rejection & humiliation he had felt from his first wife Debra Ashlock Mack- Dugan. Had this affair between Debra Mack and Dr. Kevin J Dugan never started in the first place, there probably wouldn't be any victims today. How can this man continue to have a Psychology degree and teach and counsel others when he himself is ultimately responsible for someone's death? This man has done nothing but toy with peoples lives, including his wife who was foolish enough at the time to fall under this mans spell. A man like this doctor (Whom I will refer to from now on as HACK) Should never be allowed to practice again anywhere in the world. If perhaps Dirty DUGAN were to come across this post I want you to know, I have dedicated the rest of my life to bringing down your house! I want to see to it that you loose everything that ever meant anything to you in your life, just like the pain that I'm sure countless mothers whom you have taken away their children & given to abusive or mentally ill fathers. Its time for you to feel loss! You know what the best part about writing this post is?
THAT IT'S NOT SLANDER!!!!!! I urge all of you Men & Women alike to please help to put an end to this man being a court appointed custody evaluator after you take the time to read the article I'm more than sure you will want to join me in my crusade to shut DUGAN DOWN!!!!!

Just so we are clear Dirty Dugan practices in Grass Valley, Nevada City, Placerville, and is a Professor of Psychology at Truckee Meadows Community College TMCC. He has black hair that is graying because he's old, cold Blue eyes, totally out of shape, and if you're honest with this man he will find a way to use it against you. If I were you and this man was appointed to handle your case, make sure you have a tape recorder on you just incase you need a witness. Let him know you're recording of course. ;>)

Let's send Lucifer back to the gates of HELL where he belongs, he's been out of his cage long enough.
