Dr. Kemmely H Hochstetler, MD

There have been several online reviews posted on K. Hochstetler by the likes of Toni Ann, Kristin Williams, Michael, Tho...mas Stewart, Rick H, Marion, Chrissy, MH, family and friends, and on and on.

According to the AMA Code of Ethics, “Physicians should not treat themselves or family members. These guidelines do not specifically mention friends, but the AMA includes the same reasons given for not treating family members and also applies equally to friends. This statement is mentioned because it is in fact, Hochstetler’s friends and family giving her these glowing reviews which warrants the mention and reminder of the AMA Code of Ethics.

The Ohio Medical Board states that a doctor should not prescribe medications for themselves, family or friends without appropriate documentation and in limited circumstances.

There is insurmountable evidence that will not be named here, that Hochstetler has violated medical codes of ethics.

It is obvious by the review submitted by “Dr. Hochstetler” that codes of ethics are thought not to apply to her. The author has chosen to generate not only a review for herself, but also solicit reviews from patients, friends, and family. These “positive reviews” were placed by the named disgruntled and unprofessional individual (Hochstetler) with no regard for the rules of the medical board of which these rules are governed.

It is recommended that patients with concerns over ethics, prescribed medication questions, including controlled-substances, write or call The Ohio Medical Board immediately.

She’s okay. I wish she included me more in her care decisions

There have been several negative reviews posted recently on Dr Hochstetler by the likes of MaryAnn Hendriques, Jolene, D...aniel Bingham, Sherry S, Bev Hamm, Ali Hemsworth, Kelly Lane, Etta P., and MH - but none of these patients have been seen in her practice. Perhaps it's because they are not real patients, but rather the factitious aliases of a known individual who continues to post derogatory reviews.

That's correct - all of these recent negative reviews were placed by one of the many imaginary profiles created by a disgruntled person who continues to slander, stalk, and harass our family. Thank you for additional examples of your harassment. more details
