Unfortuntely a great doctor has THE WORST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I have ever seen. Dr. Ramsey is a great doctor has great ...bedside manner and is very knowledgable, BUT thats only after you wit 2hrs+ to see him and his staff is very unprofessional and disoganized. His schedule is overbooked and once at an appointment that I waited 2hrs to see him he left because he had to vote. And I know this because he told my husband this, therefore I waited for nothing. I wish he was more organized and realized that the patient's experience begins when they first walk in because he and his staff seem to feel there is nothing wrong with waiting 2 hrs for an appointment whilst dealing with unprofessional "ghetto" (for lack of a better term). Sorry I will pass on that. more details
