Dr. Bouton-Semmel does not conduct thorough examinations before making diagnoses and falsifies information about the pr...ocedures a patient needs or has received to maximize the amount that can be billed. Overall, I strongly advise against visiting her office because she clearly does not put the interests of patients first. I have received two billing statements that contained errors in my last 3 visits, one claiming I received a procedure that never occurred, and I was forced to go through an enormous hassle to resolve the issues. Eventually both issues were resolved in my favor, but Dr. Bouton-Semmel and her office denied wrongdoing and did not offer any apology even after it was determined the bills were incorrect. more details
