I would not send a dead dog to this woman. She has assualted people, she has has numerous ethic violations and restrain...t orders. She is abuive and controlling. She takes advantage of her patients. She had a love affair with one of her female patients and has been invetigated by the attorney general's office. She sends dupicate bills to insurance companies and bills for visits that haven't happened more details
